How to Become a CommLab Manager
Student Lab Managers are experienced coaches who have excelled in their position as a CommLab coach and would like to gain more experience.
Application
To apply as a Lab Manager, a Coach should contact the Coordinator.
Training
Lab Coordinator will conduct individual training sessions for Lab Managers.
Scheduling
Lab Managers may work varying hours to fulfill assigned duties and to serve as a resource for other coaches.
Documenting Participation
Lab managers have the same responsibilities for documenting their participation as do the Coaches. Because of their more flexible schedules, Lab Managers must be especially careful to document hours spent outside the lab when they are engaged in any work for CommLab.
